New Construction and Additions

With equal love for both the design and building arts, our focus has always been as a full project architecture firm from the first stages of planning through construction. We are expert at assembling a team of the very best engineers and consultants for your project. We recommend working with a construction manager who will maintain a running budget, provide material samples and provide competitive sub-contractor bids. However, we also supervised competitive bidding for a general contractor once the design drawings are complete.

Real Estate Consultation

For new residential and commercial property buyers, we provide on-site consultation to both buyers and sellers of real estate. We will attend prospective property visits and advise on relevent zoning and building code and discuss and suggest new additions and/or alterations as well as potentially problematic existing conditions requiring attention.

For raw land purchase, we are skilled in the use of 3D GIS data, Ladar resources and drone photography/video to propose program, scale and siting of new construction in both 2D and 3D visualization formats. Past project scales range from large rural parcels (e.g., 40 acres) down to single acre suburban properties.

Interior Renovations

With over 25 years of experience in interior renovation of apartments and townhouses in Manhattan and Brooklyn, we are skilled in maximizing the potential of any existing space to suit your business or personal life, while maintaining the appropriate level of marketplace desirability for when you decide to sell the property.

Custom Millwork

We are expert at designing both beautiful and functional millwork susch as bespoke wardrbes and library/media room wall units. In our larger projects, the kitchens are design projects in and of themselves, thus we can confidently offer kitchen design as a stand-alone service.
